2022 Dairy Industry Association of Australia, Australian Dairy Product Competition Awards and are very pleased to announce that we have a Gold medal for Darby River Sludge and a Silver Medal for Cape Liptrap Koala Berry.

Darby River Sludge won the Sensient Award for Best Ice Cream and the IFF Award for Best Frozen Product.

Darby River Sludge was officially the best Ice Cream in Australia in 2022!

All 7 of our Waratah Bay Ice Cream Co flavours have been awarded medals by the Dairy Industry Association of Australia.

Australian Dairy Product Competition Awards and won a gold medal for each flavour (Mt Oberon Chocolate Ripple and Summer at Squeaky). This comes after winning gold and silver medals for the 3 flavours that we entered in the 2020 awards (gold for McLeod Rd Rocky Pothole, silver for Sandy Point Lumpy & Bumpy and Muddy Wombat Tracks), meaning all 5 of our inaugural flavours now proudly boast a national gold or silver medal.
