Waratah Bay Ice Cream Co is located in South Gippsland on the Wilsons Promontory coastline, the southern-most point on mainland Australia. We are surrounded by clean air, clean oceans, world-famous national parks and some of the most productive dairy country (and happiest cows) in Australia.

Our mission……. to make great tasting ice cream, of exceptional quality, in exciting flavours, using the very best of ingredients, whilst supporting our local community.

We use real milk, real cream and real eggs from happy cows and chickens as the basis for our ice cream.

Luckily for you we don’t just stop with the ice cream part (how boring would that be?), but we also add all sorts of delicious chunky and chewy extras to our ice cream, making our flavours ridiculously satisfying.

Our ice cream is handmade in small batches on a daily basis. Our recipes are crafted with honesty and integrity, and a sense of fun and creativity.
